“The purpose of life is to be restored back to Love, moment to moment. To fulfill this purpose, the individual must acknowledge that he is 100 percent responsible for creating his life the way it is. He must come to see that it is his thoughts that create his life the way it is moment to moment. The problems are not people, places, and situations but rather the thoughts of them. He must come to appreciate that there is no such thing as “out there.”
― Ihaleakala Hew Len
Only when you understand that it is YOU who is in charge, you open up to the possibilities of actually changing your life to the better. Be clear that everything around you is the result of your thoughts, and here is the rub – most of our thoughts and actions come from our memories and many of those memories are stuck in our subconscious (more about that later). Some people don’t want to believe that, because it would destroy their view of the world. Their ego couldn’t handle that and their “identity” would crumble. The comfort of blaming others for their shortcomings has been part of the ‘norm’ It is not easy to take responsibility for both the good and the bad that shows up in your life, right?
So, Now What?
Recently I was reminded of a system I discovered several years ago, and as it showed up again in my world I realized it as an inspiration from Divine. I am studying and implementing the process in my life called Ho'oponopono
Ho'oponopono means “to make things right” or “to rectify an error.”
It has its origins in an ancient native Hawaiian cleansing, healing, and conflict resolution process. It is a process that brings us back to Zero – pure love, nothing, no stuck memories guiding our decisions, where we are free to be inspired by Divine not our data of thoughts or memories.
The person credited with bringing it to a modern audience is Morrnah Simonea, a “kahuna” (native Hawaiian spiritual teacher) who died in the 1990’s.
Dr. Haleakalā Hew Len studied 10 years with her. This is who I took my recent training with.
Her process was based on the belief that all conflict and “dis=ease” originate in a lack of internal balance. These negative thoughts which we are carrying inside ourselves which are causing our conflicts, are thoughts imbued with painful memories. These memories can be conscious or unconscious, consequently, we might not think we have a memory associated with a particular person or situation that is bothering us. But the belief is we do – or else we wouldn’t be having the “negative” reaction we are having to that situation.
Since conflict is seen as originating in our own thoughts or memories, the remedy is to let go of our painful thoughts. As we let go, we unblock the disease and then healing for all - follows.
It is simple yet complex at the same time and consists of repeating the phrases
I Love You, I’m sorry, Please Forgive me, and Thank You.
I am being inspired to make changes to my website so when visitors come they are being cleaned through the words and videos present on the site.
Each day as I continue to clean and study, I feel freedom of stuck ‘stuff’ and know that it will be an ongoing process as there are many memories within for this lifetime and many before. I look forward to being in the void at ZERO, where what I speak and teach comes directly from Divine Source.
Blessings, I love you, thank you…….
